I had the exciting opportunity to work with boAt—India’s leading audio and wearables brand, renowned for its diverse portfolio spanning earphones, smartwatches, and speakers. The brief was ambitious: pioneer India’s first stadium-scale immersive experience to celebrate the launch of three new smartwatches, transforming the entire venue into a dynamic digital environment.
I had the exciting opportunity to work with boAt—India’s leading audio and wearables brand, renowned for its diverse portfolio spanning earphones, smartwatches, and speakers. The brief was ambitious: pioneer India’s first stadium-scale immersive experience to celebrate the launch of three new smartwatches, transforming the entire venue into a dynamic digital environment.
Working closely with boAt’s design and technology teams, I led pre-production by developing and refining ideas through concept art and technical storyboards. In collaboration with boAt’s Immersive Design Lead, Nikunj Goyal, we conducted extensive on-site testing across multiple locations within Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy Stadium, using exclusive access to validate the virtual activation’s scale, stability, and reliability. Leveraging collected data, we iterated concepts to accommodate the technical constraints of large-scale architectural augmentation. I optimized CAD files for real-time rendering, integrated animations, and implemented visual effects to create a seamless, high-fidelity experience.

The activation achieved resounding success, engaging over 40,000 attendees who accessed the digital spectacle via QR codes behind every seat during matches, marking a groundbreaking moment for immersive brand experiences in India.
